Owner of the site

Information required by Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI).

SciTechBiz Institute and the SciTechBiz Community are not companies: they are names under which iPersonality Global Institute, S.L. (the “Company”) operates, and the Company is the one that contracts, invoices and collects payment. SciTechBiz Institute is the education institution: programmes, certifications and the Academy. The SciTechBiz Community is the community its members belong to, and it has no legal personality.

Purpose

The site gives information about the Company's products and services and gives access to the SciTechBiz Community platform, app.scitechbiz.com.

Which documents govern each relationship

• Visiting this site: this legal notice, the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.
• Using the app.scitechbiz.com platform: its Terms and Conditions of Use, summarised below.
• Members of the SciTechBiz Community: the Commercial Collaboration Framework Agreement and its annexes, including the compensation plan, the code of conduct, the terms of the certifications and of the annual licences, and the data protection annex. In the contracts, members are called “Collaborators”. The Framework Agreement prevails over the platform terms.
• Client companies: the General Terms of Contract, with their data processing and artificial intelligence annexes.
• SciTechBiz Institute education: the terms of each certification or programme, which are provided before purchase.

SciTechBiz Institute education

SciTechBiz Institute programmes are the Institute's own education. Each Programa Ejecutivo Avanzado awards a título propio, an institutional title of the SciTechBiz Institute: it is not an official university degree and it declares no credits and no European qualifications framework level.

The Community certifications, Digital Entrepreneur and Organizational Consultant, are one-off education products. No certification earns a commission for anyone. Until 31 December 2026 they are provided free of charge to people who join the Community; the exemption does not cover the annual licence.

You have fourteen calendar days from the purchase of a certification to withdraw without giving a reason. If you ask for immediate access to the digital content and consume it, Article 103(m) of the Spanish consumer protection law applies where relevant. In addition, if you have not consumed the training, meaning you have not gone beyond 20 % of the content and have not attended the live session, we refund the full amount within thirty days of purchase. Refunds are made within fourteen days of the request, by the same payment method.

The Community platform (app.scitechbiz.com)

• Accounts are personal and non-transferable and require a verified email address. You keep your credentials safe and are responsible for what is done with them; you may not share them, create several accounts for the same person or impersonate anyone.
• The annual licence is not compulsory: you do not need it to be a member, to recommend or to be paid commissions already earned. Without it you keep, at no cost, the access you need to register opportunities, see your statement and get paid.
• If the licence is not paid or not renewed, after a fifteen-day grace period access to the tools is suspended, never commissions already earned.
• The annual licence lasts twelve months from activation and renews year by year unless you cancel it. We tell you about the renewal and its amount at least thirty days in advance. You can cancel the renewal at any time, effective at the end of the current year; apart from any right of withdrawal you have and the pro rata refund set out in the licence terms, the current year is not refunded.
• You may not access other users' data, reverse engineer the platform or run unauthorised penetration tests, automate access without written permission, extract or export contact or client data in bulk, or publish content that is unlawful, misleading or promises income.
• The platform is provided on a best-efforts basis, with a monthly availability target of 99 %, excluding scheduled maintenance announced 48 hours in advance and force majeure.
• Every suspension is reasoned and notified, and can be appealed once to the internal complaints body.
• When the contract ends, the account is closed and you can export your data for thirty days.

No income promises

Nobody is paid for bringing anyone in. Commissions are paid on sales to clients who are not members of the Community. The only exception is the annual licence: if a member buys it, the person who recommended them receives 20 % of its amount, except in the United Kingdom. Joining or getting certified earns nothing for anyone.

The Company does not promise or guarantee any income and cannot tell anyone how much they will earn. If someone promised you a figure on behalf of the Community, they breached the Code of Conduct: tell us at info@legathum.ai.

Intellectual and industrial property

The content, trademarks, logos, designs, method and software belong to the Company or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing or transforming them without written permission is prohibited.

Liability

The Company is not responsible for the content of third-party sites linked from this site and may change the content of the site without notice. For Community members, the liability rules of the Framework Agreement apply.

Changes

The version in force is the one published on this page, with its date. Changes to the platform terms are notified to registered users thirty days in advance.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Spanish law applies. The courts of Madrid have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory forum that applies to consumers.
