Programa Ejecutivo Avanzado · EMELTDCC

The return on your corporate university begins in the neuroscience of adult learning.

For Chief Learning Officers who have to reinvent L&D with something sturdier than sector best practice. Microlearning, spaced practice and AI personalisation applied with evidence, and with the judgement to tell that evidence from the neuromyths the market keeps repeating.

01 · Diagnosis of the function

Your L&D programme has millions invested behind it, and metrics the CFO no longer accepts.

Training hours, satisfaction, completion rate: three figures that keep going up while nobody can say which behaviour changed. And the next supplier through the door sells «gamification» or «AI personalisation» with exactly the same evidential apparatus as those three figures, which is none.

  1. 01

    Obsolete L&D metrics

Training hours, satisfaction scores, completion rates. Metrics that no longer answer the CFO's real question: does measurable behaviour change, and does business performance change with it?

  2. 02

    Rising drop-out

Your people abandon the corporate courses. Adult attention has changed. Pedagogical models from 2015 do not work in 2026, and running the same catalogue on a new platform does not fix the design.

  3. 03

    No criterion for filtering suppliers

Any supplier will sell you «gamification» or «AI personalisation». Without a methodological framework of your own to demand the evidence, those are buzzwords that walk straight into next year's budget.

02 · The institutional answer

Become the first Scientist of Human Learning NTMC in your organisation.

The EMELTDCC Programa Ejecutivo Avanzado takes you from a well-intentioned head of training to a scientific authority in corporate learning, with:

  • 01NTMC methodology applied to the design, the measurement and the defence of learning systems
  • 02The judgement to tell a replicated finding from the neuromyth that dominates the sector
  • 03Access to the operational profile dataset for the empirical analysis of your organisation
  • 04An institutional title of the SciTechBiz Institute: 18 months · 1,000 hours · 8 axes · 80 classes
  • 05International community of NTMC Scientists across the institute's two offices, Madrid and London
  • 06Personal authority to defend the L&D budget before the Board and the CFO
The difference between a good CLO and a Scientist of Human Learning NTMC is the ability to present scientific evidence where others present only informed opinion.

Deibson Silva

Neuropsychologist and Serial Tech Entrepreneur · Academic Director

Thirteen years developing the NTMC methodology from neuropsychological clinical practice toward rigorous corporate application. Founder of the SciTechBiz Institute, one institution with two offices: Madrid and London.

The judgement that runs through all eight axes comes from there: telling what the evidence supports from what the market repeats. In corporate training that distinction has a name of its own, the neuromyths, and every year it costs almost every large organisation a slice of its L&D budget.

06 · Verifiable outcomes

Two L&D careers, before and after the method.

Case A18 months

L&D manager at a technology multinational

Before the programme
L&D manager · regional remit · training presented to the committee as «investment in people».
After graduation
Chief Learning Officer · global remit · corporate university launched, with transfer measurement declared from the design stage.
Defending my thesis put method where there had only been intention. It used to be «investment in people». Now it is «a retention strategy with metrics».
Case B20 months

Education consultant in Latin America

Before the programme
Local training programmes · 8 to 10 clients a year · contracts per delivery, with no continuity.
After graduation
Redesign of corporate universities · 4 clients a year · a six-month waiting list.
Being a Scientist of Human Learning NTMC changed the value proposition. I no longer compete on price · I compete on evidence.

08 · What a CLO asks

What a Chief Learning Officer asks before committing.

The questions that repeat in every admission conversation. Direct answers.

01

Is this not another «neuroeducation» programme?

It is the opposite. A good share of the market's training spend rests on neuromyths (learning styles, hemispheres, the retention pyramid) that do not survive a look at the source. The first axis establishes the documented biological substrate of adult learning precisely so that you can reject in writing what has none, starting with what your current supplier is selling you.

02

How do I justify this investment to my CFO or CEO?

With the same material you would use for any other decision: 1,000 structured hours across 18 months, an applied thesis on a real L&D transformation inside your own organisation, and a method that states in writing what was measured and with which design. The full journey is €5,990, payable in up to 18 instalments.

03

Do I need to interrupt my work to study?

No. The format is hybrid and built for executives in post: 18 months, 8 axes, 80 classes, with live sessions one evening a week and the in-person work concentrated in four intensives in Madrid, three days each, scheduled six months ahead.

04

Who are my peers in the cohort?

Between 20 and 30 people per cohort, with at least three years in a leadership position: Chief Learning Officers, heads of corporate university, development directors and senior learning consultants with real responsibility over budget. Admission always goes through a prior conversation.

05

Is the thesis done on my own organisation?

That is the usual case: a real Learning and Development transformation, from a question the data can disprove through to the defence before a panel. A manuscript for the SciTechBiz Review is derived from it.

06

Will the artificial intelligence axis age before the programme ends?

The axis does not teach specific tools, which do indeed change every quarter. It teaches you to interrogate an adaptive system about its internal model of the learner, about its failure modes, and about the regulatory framework governing learning data. Those three questions work as well on the supplier of 2031 as on the supplier of 2027.

07

Can I start with Foundation and decide later?

Yes. Each level is certified independently and the amounts accumulate: €750 at Analyst, +€2,490 at Specialist, +€1,750 at the Advanced Scientific Programme, up to the €5,990 of the full journey.

08

How does the admission process work?

A 1:1 conversation of 25 minutes, with no commitment and no sales pitch, to see whether the programme makes sense for your professional moment. If it does, the place is formalised for the January 2027 cohort.
