Programa Ejecutivo Avanzado · EMHPCTCL

The science behind every cultural transformation that actually works.

For CHROs and people leaders who need more than theoretical frameworks: thirteen years of NTMC methodology, access to the operational profile dataset and an institutional title of 1,000 hours.

01 · Market diagnosis

The tools you have do not reach as far as what is expected of you.

As a CHRO in 2026 you are asked for verifiable cultural transformation, retention of senior talent, ESG alignment that is real, and wellbeing metrics that survive an audit committee. The traditional instruments (DISC, MBTI, engagement surveys) were designed for problems that are twenty years old.

  1. 01

    Surface-level diagnostics

Commercial psychometric tests with no public validation and no robust dataset behind them. When the CFO asks «what evidence do we have?», the answer is thin.

  2. 02

    Generic interventions

Off-the-shelf programmes that promise cultural transformation and deliver handsome workshops, with no verifiable impact metrics at 12 to 24 months.

  3. 03

    No personal authority

When you reach the Board with a cultural transformation proposal, you lack the scientific weight to defend the decision and justify the spend.

02 · The institutional answer

Become the first Scientist of Human Behaviour NTMC in your organisation.

The EMHPCTCL Programa Ejecutivo Avanzado takes you from «HR director with good intentions» to a recognised scientific authority in cultural transformation, with:

  • 01Multidimensional cultural diagnosis with NTMC methodology
  • 02Access to the operational profile dataset for the empirical analysis of your organisation
  • 03An institutional title of the SciTechBiz Institute: 18 months · 1,000 hours · 8 axes · 80 classes
  • 04International community of NTMC Scientists across the institute's two offices, Madrid and London
  • 05Personal scientific authority to defend transformation decisions before the Board and the CFO
The difference between a good CHRO and a Scientist of Human Behaviour NTMC is the ability to present scientific evidence where others present only informed opinion.

08 · What a CHRO asks

Before you reach the Board, we clear every doubt.

The questions that repeat in every admission conversation. Direct answers.

01

How does the NTMC differ from models such as DISC or MBTI?

DISC and MBTI are one-dimensional commercial tools with no robust public validation. The NTMC integrates five dimensions, operates on an operational profile dataset, and is taught with the methodological apparatus that makes it auditable. That is the difference between a selection tool and a strategic framework you can defend before a Board.

02

How do I justify this investment to my CFO or CEO?

With the same material you would use for any other decision: 1,000 structured hours across 18 months, an applied thesis on your own organisation, and a method that states in writing what was measured and with which design. The full journey is €5,990, payable in up to 18 instalments.

03

Do I need to interrupt my work to study?

No. The format is hybrid and built for executives in post: 18 months, 8 axes, 80 classes, with live sessions one evening a week and the in-person work concentrated in four intensives in Madrid, three days each, scheduled six months ahead.

04

Who are my peers in the cohort?

Between 20 and 30 people per cohort, with at least three years in a leadership position: CHROs, people directors and senior consultants with real responsibility over cultural decisions. Admission always goes through a prior conversation.

05

Is the NTMC Scientist thesis done on my own organisation?

That is the usual case: applied research with verifiable implementation, defended before a panel, and your own organisation is the ground where the work has consequences. A manuscript for the SciTechBiz Review is derived from it.

06

Can I start with Foundation and decide later?

Yes. Each level is certified independently and the amounts accumulate: €750 at Analyst, +€2,490 at Specialist, +€1,750 at the Advanced Scientific Programme, up to the €5,990 of the full journey.

07

How does the admission process work?

A 1:1 conversation of 25 minutes, with no commitment and no sales pitch, to see whether the programme makes sense for your professional moment. If it does, the place is formalised for the January 2027 cohort.
