Programa Ejecutivo Avanzado · EMDSPL

An operational behavioural dataset. At your disposal. To build with.

For founders and CDOs who understand that the next serious product in HRTech or EdTech will be built on data, not on wireframes. Learn to use ours to build yours, and to declare what you measured, on which unit, and with which denominator.

01 · Diagnosis

You have the idea. You have the team. What you do not have is the data.

And once you finally have it, the second problem arrives, worse because it is invisible: half the figures holding up product and headcount decisions today improve because the basis of calculation changed, not because anything real did.

  1. 01

    Data starvation

Building HRTech or EdTech without a robust dataset leaves you wrapping somebody else's API. With no differentiation in the data there is no defensible moat.

  2. 02

    Generic people analytics

Your current people analytics stack answers the obvious questions. Everything beyond them needs behavioural models with a scientific basis, and somebody able to say who goes into the denominator.

  3. 03

Technical founder with no academic backing

You know how to execute. But sitting down with top-tier funds you need the weight that separates «a startup with a feature» from «a company with a sustained research advantage».

02 · The institutional answer

Become the first Scientist of Data and Entrepreneurship NTMC in your organisation.

The EMDSPL Programa Ejecutivo Avanzado takes you from a competent data professional to a scientific authority able to hold up a decision about product, headcount or investment, with:

  • 01NTMC methodology applied to measurement design, not only to modelling
  • 02The judgement to separate the result that replicates from the ratio that improves because the denominator moved
  • 03Access to the operational profile dataset for empirical analysis and for your own thesis
  • 04An institutional title of the SciTechBiz Institute: 18 months · 1,000 hours · 8 axes · 80 classes
  • 05International community of NTMC Scientists across the institute's two offices, Madrid and London
  • 06Personal authority to defend a number before a Board or an investment committee
The difference between a good analyst and a Scientist of Data and Entrepreneurship NTMC is the ability to present scientific evidence where others present only informed opinion.

05 · Academic Director

Behind the dataset there are thirteen years and one person who answers for it.

Deibson Silva

Neuropsychologist and Serial Tech Entrepreneur · Academic Director

Thirteen years developing the NTMC methodology from neuropsychological clinical practice toward rigorous corporate application. Founder of the SciTechBiz Institute, one institution with two offices: Madrid and London.

The operational dataset was not bought. It was built across that career, with the measurement design declared. That is why this programme can teach on it what no course built on somebody else's data can teach: where each variable came from, and what cannot be concluded from it.

Verifiable trajectories. Not generic testimonials.

Case A20 months

Data analyst at a Spanish company

Before the programme
Data analyst · operational dashboards · questions that arrived already framed by somebody else.
After graduation
Head of People Analytics · global talent strategy · a measurement design of her own, with the unit of analysis declared in writing.
My thesis used the operational dataset to build an attrition model that runs live in my company today. What changed was not the technique. It was being able to say which population it holds for.
Case B30 months

Brazilian startup founder

Before the programme
An idea with no revenue · 2 co-founders · no traction.
After graduation
A startup with recurring revenue · seed round closed with a top-tier fund · 18 people on the payroll.
The investors asked us to prove the «data moat». My NTMC Scientist thesis WAS the data moat. They signed a term sheet in 11 days.

08 · Frequent questions

Direct answers for executive decisions.

The questions that repeat in every admission conversation. Direct answers.

01

What exactly can I do with the operational dataset?

Empirical analysis during the programme, and the applied thesis on it, with lifetime access at the Ápice level. What no tool in the programme does is rank, score or discard people: the dataset serves to describe conduct and to support decisions about product and design, not to screen candidates. That boundary is part of what is taught.

02

I am already a senior data scientist. Will this be too basic for me?

The programme does not compete on the modelling side, where you probably already are. It competes on the side almost nobody covers, which is measurement. Who goes into the denominator, what censoring does to tenure, what can be claimed about causation when randomising is off the table, and why net retention rises while the business shrinks. That is the side on which expensive decisions fall over.

03

How do I justify this investment to my CFO, my Board or my partners?

With the same material you would use for any other decision: 1,000 structured hours across 18 months, an applied thesis on a data product or solution with dataset provenance and unit economics declared in writing, and a method that puts on record what was measured and with which design. The full journey is €5,990, payable in up to 18 instalments.

04

Do I need to interrupt my work to study?

No. The format is hybrid and built for executives and founders in post: 18 months, 8 axes, 80 classes, with live sessions one evening a week and the in-person work concentrated in four intensives in Madrid, three days each, scheduled six months ahead.

05

Who are my peers in the cohort?

Between 20 and 30 people per cohort, with at least three years in a leadership position: data directors, heads of people analytics, technical founders and senior data scientists with real responsibility over decisions about product, headcount or investment. Admission always goes through a prior conversation.

06

Is the thesis done on my own product?

That is the usual case: a data product or solution, with a hypothesis the market can disprove, defended before a panel. A manuscript for the SciTechBiz Review is derived from it.

07

Can I start with Foundation and decide later?

Yes. Each level is certified independently and the amounts accumulate: €750 at Analyst, +€2,490 at Specialist, +€1,750 at the Advanced Scientific Programme, up to the €5,990 of the full journey.

08

How does the admission process work?

A 1:1 conversation of 25 minutes, with no commitment and no sales pitch, to see whether the programme makes sense for your professional moment. If it does, the place is formalised for the January 2027 cohort.
