Programa Ejecutivo Avanzado · EMACBT

What separates deploying AI from deploying AI that returns something is a scientific methodology of human behaviour.

For CTOs and Chief AI Officers who have to decide on real deployments and answer for them before a Board: Cyber Behavior with stated validity, the obligations of the European AI Regulation, and behavioural metrics somebody can audit.

01 · Diagnosis

AI projects rarely fail on the model. They fail on the people who have to use it.

The pilot works, the supplier's demonstration works, and twelve months later real adoption shows up on no dashboard at all. Nobody measured conduct, they measured the system. Those are two different things, and only one of them answers to the Board.

  1. 01

    A purely technical mindset

Implementations steered by technical feasibility alone fail at adoption. What is missing is the scientific framework to integrate the system with the corporate behaviour that has to sustain it.

  2. 02

The European AI Regulation and compliance

European regulation demands explainability, bias mitigation and a clear division of responsibility between whoever builds the system and whoever deploys it. Without a methodological framework, the legal and reputational exposure is yours.

  3. 03

Technical metrics with no business impact

95% accuracy, 200 ms latency, 99.9% availability. Then the CEO asks «by how much did our attrition fall?», and there is no clear answer.

02 · The institutional answer

Become the first Scientist of Applied Intelligence NTMC in your organisation.

The EMACBT Programa Ejecutivo Avanzado takes you from a competent technical lead to a scientific authority on what a system does and on what gets attributed to it, with:

  • 01NTMC methodology applied to real deployments, with a baseline taken before the deployment
  • 02The judgement to separate a replicated result from a demonstration the supplier prepared
  • 03Access to the operational profile dataset for the empirical analysis of your implementation
  • 04An institutional title of the SciTechBiz Institute: 18 months · 1,000 hours · 8 axes · 80 classes
  • 05International community of NTMC Scientists across the institute's two offices, Madrid and London
  • 06Personal authority to answer for an AI decision before the Board and before a supervisory authority
The difference between a good CTO and a Scientist of Applied Intelligence NTMC is the ability to present scientific evidence where others present only informed opinion.

05 · Academic Director

The method was not licensed in. It was built here, over thirteen years.

Deibson Silva

Neuropsychologist and Serial Tech Entrepreneur · Academic Director

Thirteen years developing the NTMC methodology from neuropsychological clinical practice toward rigorous corporate application. Founder of the SciTechBiz Institute, one institution with two offices: Madrid and London.

The combination matters for this programme in particular: a neuropsychologist who also builds and runs systems knows where what the model computes ends and where what we attribute to it begins. That is the line the Board will ask you to draw.

Case A18 months

IT director at a multinational

Before the programme
IT director · responsibility for infrastructure · AI entered the organisation project by project, with no common framework.
After graduation
Chief AI Officer · global AI strategy · risk classification and human oversight defined before every deployment.
The difference between IT director and Chief AI Officer is not technical. It is methodological. The NTMC gave me the framework the Board needed to see.
Case B24 months

Digital consultant in Latin America

Before the programme
One-off projects · local clients · assignments with no continuity.
After graduation
Continuous AI ethics work on six-month engagements · contracts with listed multinationals.
My thesis on the European AI Regulation and Cyber Behavior was the case that opened doors at multinationals. The method changed everything.

08 · What CTOs and CIOs ask

What CTOs, CIOs and Chief AI Officers ask before they enrol.

The questions that repeat in every admission conversation. Direct answers.

01

I already know models. What does a behaviour programme give me?

That the model is almost never the problem. The first axis covers the technical workings because a common floor is needed, but the programme exists for the seven that follow: the digital trace as a sample with stated validity, human oversight measured rather than drawn, security treated as conduct. Those are exactly the questions a Board asks and a technical sheet does not answer.

02

Does it replace a vendor technical certification?

No, and it does not compete with one. A vendor certification attests that you can operate their product. This programme gives you the judgement to decide whether that product should enter your organisation at all, with which controls and with which responsibility attached. The two usually sit well together.

03

How do I justify this investment to my CFO or CEO?

With the same material you would use for any other decision: 1,000 structured hours across 18 months, an applied thesis on a real implementation with a baseline taken before deployment, and a method that states in writing what was measured and with which design. The full journey is €5,990, payable in up to 18 instalments.

04

Do I need to interrupt my work to study?

No. The format is hybrid and built for executives in post: 18 months, 8 axes, 80 classes, with live sessions one evening a week and the in-person work concentrated in four intensives in Madrid, three days each, scheduled six months ahead.

05

Who are my peers in the cohort?

Between 20 and 30 people per cohort, with at least three years in a leadership position: CTOs, CIOs, Chief AI Officers, heads of innovation and senior consultants with real responsibility over deployments in production. Admission always goes through a prior conversation.

06

Is the thesis done on my own implementation?

That is the usual case: a real artificial intelligence implementation, with a refutable hypothesis and a baseline taken before deployment, defended before a panel. A manuscript for the SciTechBiz Review is derived from it.

07

Can I start with Foundation and decide later?

Yes. Each level is certified independently and the amounts accumulate: €750 at Analyst, +€2,490 at Specialist, +€1,750 at the Advanced Scientific Programme, up to the €5,990 of the full journey.

08

How does the admission process work?

A 1:1 conversation of 25 minutes, with no commitment and no sales pitch, to see whether the programme makes sense for your professional moment. If it does, the place is formalised for the January 2027 cohort.
