Programa Ejecutivo Avanzado · EMNLEP

While your competitors spend millions on ads, you will build a brand that lasts 100 years.

For CMOs and founders who understand that, in the age of generative AI, the only sustainable advantage is a human brand that survives comparison, and who know that this means measuring perception rather than narrating it.

01 · The new competitive ground

Your brand competes against content that costs nothing. What is your advantage?

Producing stopped being expensive. What is still expensive is being chosen a second time. And to defend that second choice before a committee, the vocabulary of the sector is no use. What is of use is knowing what was measured, on whom, and with what method.

  1. 01

    Accelerating commoditisation

Any startup generates copy, design and video with AI in a matter of hours. Your traditional agency has just lost its main barrier to entry, and the difference no longer lies in producing.

  2. 02

    Fragmented attention

Advertising models built for 2015 audiences no longer convert. And the figure the whole sector repeats about collapsing attention is itself a fine example of a number nobody went back to the source to check.

  3. 03

    Positioning with no foundation

Your brand team works on intuition and inherited best practice. When the CFO asks «why this positioning and not another?», there is no answer resting on evidence.

02 · The institutional answer

Become the first Scientist of Longevity and the Human Brand NTMC in your organisation.

The EMNLEP Programa Ejecutivo Avanzado takes you from a brand lead with good judgement to a scientific authority in perception and demand, with:

  • 01NTMC methodology applied to measuring perception, attention and brand choice
  • 02The judgement with which a neuromarketing study is bought, or refused
  • 03Access to the operational profile dataset for the empirical analysis of your category
  • 04An institutional title of the SciTechBiz Institute: 18 months · 1,000 hours · 8 axes · 80 classes
  • 05International community of NTMC Scientists across the institute's two offices, Madrid and London
  • 06Personal authority to defend a positioning decision before the Board and the CFO
The difference between a good CMO and a Scientist of Longevity and the Human Brand NTMC is the ability to present scientific evidence where others present only informed opinion.

Deibson Silva

Neuropsychologist and Serial Tech Entrepreneur · Academic Director

Thirteen years developing the NTMC methodology from neuropsychological clinical practice toward rigorous corporate application. Founder of the SciTechBiz Institute, one institution with two offices: Madrid and London.

A neuropsychologist running a neuromarketing programme holds an advantage the sector finds uncomfortable: he knows exactly what can and cannot be claimed from a physiological signal. That is the judgement running through all eight axes.

Two brands, two turning points.

Case A22 months

Marketing director at a Spanish SME

Before the programme
Traditional marketing in a mid-sized B2B company · positioning decisions defended on intuition.
After graduation
CMO at a unicorn startup · global brand responsibility · positioning held up by measurement of its own.
When the unicorn's founders read my thesis on brand longevity, they offered me the role that same day. Scientific authority was the difference.
Case B30 months

Personal brand consultant in Latin America

Before the programme
One-off coaching sessions · 30 to 40 clients a year · no contractual continuity.
After graduation
Continuous work with executive committees · six executives on permanent retainer · an eight-month waiting list.
I used to be «a personal brand consultant». Now I am a Scientist of the Human Brand NTMC. Same person · different conversation.

08 · What CMOs and founders ask

What CMOs and founders ask before they enrol.

The questions that repeat in every admission conversation. Direct answers.

01

Is neuromarketing not, in good part, smoke?

In good part it is, and that is why the first axis starts there: what each instrument the sector sells as neuromarketing actually measures, and what cannot be claimed from a physiological signal however handsome the heat map looks. By the end of it you can buy or refuse a study with arguments, which is exactly what you cannot do today.

02

How do I justify this investment to my CFO or CEO?

With the same material you would use for any other decision: 1,000 structured hours across 18 months, an applied thesis on a real brand, and a method that states in writing what was measured and with which design. The full journey is €5,990, payable in up to 18 instalments.

03

Do I need to interrupt my work to study?

No. The format is hybrid and built for executives in post: 18 months, 8 axes, 80 classes, with live sessions one evening a week and the in-person work concentrated in four intensives in Madrid, three days each, scheduled six months ahead.

04

Who are my peers in the cohort?

Between 20 and 30 people per cohort, with at least three years in a leadership position: CMOs, brand directors, founders and senior consultants with real responsibility over the marketing budget. Admission always goes through a prior conversation.

05

Is the thesis done on my own brand?

That is the usual case: a real brand transformation, with a testable hypothesis and a matched-market design, defended before a panel. A manuscript for the SciTechBiz Review is derived from it.

06

Why is there an ESG axis in a brand programme?

Because communicating sustainability stopped being a decision about tone and became a decision with legal consequences. The axis covers the gap between what a brand declares and what the buyer does, the divergence between the ESG ratings of different agencies, and the European regime governing environmental claims. It is the axis that keeps your next green campaign out of the legal department.

07

Can I start with Foundation and decide later?

Yes. Each level is certified independently and the amounts accumulate: €750 at Analyst, +€2,490 at Specialist, +€1,750 at the Advanced Scientific Programme, up to the €5,990 of the full journey.

08

How does the admission process work?

A 1:1 conversation of 25 minutes, with no commitment and no sales pitch, to see whether the programme makes sense for your professional moment. If it does, the place is formalised for the January 2027 cohort.
