Programa Ejecutivo Avanzado · EMESGSL

The «S» in ESG stopped being a checkbox. It is now the dimension where investor trust is won or lost.

For Chief Sustainability Officers who have to hold up a figure somebody is going to check, in front of an investor, an assurance provider or a supervisory authority. Human capital measured with a declared method and reported to CSRD, GRI and SASB.

01 · The new mandate

Investors stopped accepting handsome narratives. They want figures somebody can check.

Without anyone announcing it, the sustainability report has become the document with the heaviest legal consequences that your leadership signs. And it is still drafted with the same material it was drafted with when it carried none.

  1. 01

    The social pillar as storytelling

Your ESG report tells good stories about wellbeing and diversity. What it does not have is a methodological framework that holds those metrics up before an external audit that asks which indicator measures effort and which one measures result.

  2. 02

CSRD and a perimeter rewritten twice

The European directive demands verifiable social information, with the ESRS standards behind it and an assurance scope almost nobody has read to the end. Traditional tools do not reach that far.

  3. 03

    Rising investor pressure

Impact funds compare companies against rigorous frameworks. With no defensible methodology you lose access to patient capital. Agency ratings, which diverge from one another, will not save you.

02 · The institutional answer

Become the first Scientist of Human Sustainability NTMC in your organisation.

The EMESGSL Programa Ejecutivo Avanzado takes you from a sustainability lead with good judgement to a scientific authority on what your organisation measures and what it declares, with:

  • 01NTMC methodology applied to measuring human capital and the value chain
  • 02The judgement to separate what is measured from what is declared, and to state the margin
  • 03Access to the operational profile dataset for the empirical analysis of your workforce
  • 04An institutional title of the SciTechBiz Institute: 18 months · 1,000 hours · 8 axes · 80 classes
  • 05International community of NTMC Scientists across the institute's two offices, Madrid and London
  • 06Personal authority to defend a sustainability figure before an assurance provider or a supervisory authority
The difference between a good CSO and a Scientist of Human Sustainability NTMC is the ability to present scientific evidence where others present only informed opinion.

Deibson Silva

Neuropsychologist and Serial Tech Entrepreneur · Academic Director

Thirteen years developing the NTMC methodology from neuropsychological clinical practice toward rigorous corporate application. Founder of the SciTechBiz Institute, one institution with two offices: Madrid and London.

The softest letter in the acronym is the one that gives this programme its name, and it is also the one that has least allowed itself to be measured. Thirteen years measuring human conduct inside organisations is what makes it possible to demand of the «S» what is already demanded of the «E»: a declared method, a declared margin, and somebody who answers for the figure.

06 · Verifiable outcomes

Real trajectories · verifiable changes

Case A20 months

CSR coordinator at a Spanish company

Before the programme
CSR coordination · annual reports of the traditional kind · social metrics with no framework to hold them up before a verifier.
After graduation
Chief Sustainability Officer · a seat at the Board · ESG strategy integrated, with the perimeter and the method of every figure set down in writing.
My thesis was «Methodology for Pillar S Verification Under CSRD». Three months later the CEO promoted me and tripled my mandate.
Case B26 months

ESG consultant in Latin America

Before the programme
One-off reporting projects · assignments with no continuity.
After graduation
Continuous work with listed multinationals · 12 conference appearances a year as an invited technical voice.
I used to sell «ESG consulting». Now I am the scientific authority companies need to cite in their reports. That changed everything.

08 · The questions that matter

What CSOs, ESG directors and heads of compliance ask.

The questions that repeat in every admission conversation. Direct answers.

01

Does it cover the CSRD and the ESRS standards?

Yes, and from the angle that decides things: the perimeter, which has been rewritten twice; the real scope of a limited assurance engagement; and what obliges you to justify an omission. The programme does not teach you to fill in the standard. It teaches you to hold up every figure that goes inside it when somebody asks where it came from.

02

We work with a rating agency. Is their score not enough?

An agency score does not measure sustainability. It measures what that agency decided to score, and the ratings different agencies give the same company diverge in documented ways. The first axis starts precisely there, because a compliant report and a company that is improving are two things that need not coincide.

03

How do I justify this investment to my CFO or my Board?

With the same material you would use for any other decision: 1,000 structured hours across 18 months, an applied thesis on an ESG strategy with verifiable measurement, and a method that states in writing what was measured, with what margin and with what limitations. The full journey is €5,990, payable in up to 18 instalments.

04

Do I need to interrupt my work to study?

No. The format is hybrid and built for executives in post: 18 months, 8 axes, 80 classes, with live sessions one evening a week and the in-person work concentrated in four intensives in Madrid, three days each, scheduled six months ahead.

05

Who are my peers in the cohort?

Between 20 and 30 people per cohort, with at least three years in a leadership position: Chief Sustainability Officers, board secretaries, heads of risk and compliance, and executives with real responsibility over what the organisation declares. Admission always goes through a prior conversation.

06

Is the thesis done on my own organisation?

That is the usual case: an ESG strategy with verifiable measurement, with the provenance of every data point, the primary outcome and the limitations set down in writing before the result is known, and defended before a panel. A manuscript for the SciTechBiz Review is derived from it.

07

Can I start with Foundation and decide later?

Yes. Each level is certified independently and the amounts accumulate: €750 at Analyst, +€2,490 at Specialist, +€1,750 at the Advanced Scientific Programme, up to the €5,990 of the full journey.

08

How does the admission process work?

A 1:1 conversation of 25 minutes, with no commitment and no sales pitch, to see whether the programme makes sense for your professional moment. If it does, the place is formalised for the January 2027 cohort.
