The Organizational Consultant Licence is the annual licence for consultants who deliver projects to companies: Legathum Legacy, with the virtual consultant using your avatar and your voice; your consultancy on iPersonality, Consultancy · Enterprise plan; the Academy and the projects area. List price: €4,990 a year, excluding VAT.

Recruitment and selection, and psychosocial risk assessment as prevention and as the company's legal obligation. The platform provides data and judgement; a person always makes the decision about each person.

Companies publish what they need and only certified consultants of the Community can respond. We review every request before it is published.

In SciTechBiz you train: you complete your Certification in the Academy, module by module, you get your Store with every product and your personal link, and you have full control of your referrals, clients, deals and commissions.

Your method, scaled with AI. With Legathum Legacy you hybridise companies with AI: you automate processes across every area with agentic AI, and a virtual consultant sells and delivers your method from start to finish.
iPersonality, Consultancy · Enterprise plan
With iPersonality you get to know the people in a team: how they think and what drives them. It is the map of every company you work with, in a complete platform for hunting, people management and organisational culture mapping.

You respond to the requests companies publish, as a certified consultant of the Community.

Our own platforms, in real use
iPersonality and Legathum are our own platforms: we build them, and the same platform we demonstrate runs our own sales operation.
iPersonality's clients include the Government of Rio de Janeiro (through CECIERJ), Petrobras and Ambep.
iPersonality has worked with more than 300 organisations and thousands of people.

Price
What you pay, with no small print
€4,990
a year, excluding VAT
- List price: €4,990 a year, excluding VAT. Annual payment only: no monthly fees, no stock and no hidden charges.
- Spain: plus 21% Spanish VAT.
- Rest of the European Union: prices exclude VAT. VAT is calculated at payment according to your country and VAT number; until the company is listed in the Spanish register of intra-community operators (ROI) and in VIES, 21% Spanish VAT applies, including to businesses.
- United Kingdom: prices in euros, exclusive of VAT. No Spanish VAT is charged to UK customers.
- It lasts twelve months from activation and renews yearly. You can cancel the renewal at any time from the platform, effective at the end of the year.
The Organizational Consultant Certification is free of charge until 31 December 2026. The annual licence is separate and is never free.
Good to know
Before you decide
- The licence is not mandatory: without it you remain a member, recommend and are paid the commission already earned. The price is the same with or without a referrer.
- Plan commissions, as a rule and not a promise: 20% on your own sale of software and training, and 5% on a sale by your direct referral.
- Results depend on each member's sales. There is no average result to quote: the annual Income Disclosure Statement has not been published yet.
- Inviting someone pays nothing: commission comes from a real sale to a client. The Certification never generates commission for anyone.
- The rules are the same for everyone: no category, length of membership or sales volume changes a percentage.
- To be paid commission you need the Certification for your category, the Code of Conduct and to be up to date with your tax obligations. Each commission is settled 30 days after the client pays, to cover refunds.
- Sold, signed and invoiced by iPersonality Global Institute, S.L. (NIF B27580042), Madrid. The SciTechBiz Community has no legal personality of its own.

What people ask most
01How is it different from the Digital Entrepreneur Licence?
A Digital Entrepreneur recommends and sells the platforms to their portfolio. An Organizational Consultant delivers projects to companies with Legathum Legacy and iPersonality Consultancy · Enterprise, and responds to requests in the projects area.
02Do I need the Certification to deliver projects?
Yes. Only certified consultants can respond in the projects area. The Organizational Consultant Certification is free of charge until 31 December 2026 and includes the Digital Entrepreneur Certification.
03Do reports carry my brand?
Yes. iPersonality reports carry your logo, and every client company sits on your dashboard.
04Can I cancel?
You can cancel the renewal at any time from the platform, effective at the end of the current year and with no penalty.

On the licence page you request access; requesting access costs nothing. You then sign the contract and pay the annual licence from your dashboard.
