Forward Deployed Engineer Licence: build AI inside the company and leave it running without you
The Forward Deployed Engineer Licence is an annual licence at €4,990, excluding VAT: for one year you get everything in the Organizational Consultant Licence, the Digital Entrepreneur and Organizational Consultant certifications as a bonus, and the Forward Deployed Engineer Certification programme and assessment. There is no entry test.

For people who already build with Claude or ChatGPT, whether or not they can code, and for engineers, data analysts and operations or product leads who want to deploy AI inside companies.
A prototype that works in a demo is not AI in production. The hard part comes next: measuring it, taking it through security and the EU AI Act, getting the team to use it and handing it over so the client runs it on its own.

The FDE programme and its assessment
13 modules, 80 lessons, 796 minutes, 12 labs, a 4-week project in a real company and a 30-minute defence. The certificate is issued when you pass the assessment.
The role it opens
Once certified, you deploy Legathum, iPersonality and Digital Twin inside the client company together with a certified Consultant, and leave it running without you.

There are 27 videos in Spanish published in the Academy, and every lesson has a PDF and a quiz.

Price
One single price line
€4,990
a year, excluding VAT
- List price: €4,990 a year, excluding VAT, renewable. Annual payment only, with no breakdown into parts.
- Spain: plus 21% Spanish VAT.
- Rest of the European Union: prices exclude VAT. VAT is calculated at payment according to your country and VAT number; until the company is listed in the Spanish register of intra-community operators (ROI) and in VIES, 21% Spanish VAT applies, including to businesses.
- United Kingdom: prices in euros, exclusive of VAT. No Spanish VAT is charged to UK customers.
- It renews yearly at the same price and you can cancel the renewal at any time, effective at the end of the year. If you are already an Organizational Consultant, the twelve months are added to the end of your licence.
- Full refund within 30 days of payment, if you have not used more than 20% of the content or attended any live session.
The FDE Licence is not part of the certifications that are free of charge until 31 December 2026.
Good to know
Before you decide
- The licence is not mandatory: without it you remain a member, recommend and are paid the commission already earned. The price is the same with or without a referrer.
- Plan commissions, as a rule and not a promise: 20% on your own sale of software and training, and 5% on a sale by your direct referral.
- Results depend on each member's sales. There is no average result to quote: the annual Income Disclosure Statement has not been published yet.
- Inviting someone pays nothing: commission comes from a real sale to a client. The Certification never generates commission for anyone.
- The rules are the same for everyone: no category, length of membership or sales volume changes a percentage.
- To be paid commission you need the Certification for your category, the Code of Conduct and to be up to date with your tax obligations. Each commission is settled 30 days after the client pays, to cover refunds.
- To deliver to client companies you need a valid Forward Deployed Engineer Certification and a signed Framework Contract and data protection agreements. The FDE annex to the contracts is in preparation.
- The certification proves a competence, never a job or an income.

What people ask most
01What exactly am I buying?
An annual licence, like the other Community licences: the Organizational Consultant's rights on all three platforms from purchase, the Digital Entrepreneur and Organizational Consultant certifications as a bonus, and the FDE programme with its assessment. The certificate is issued when you pass.
02Do I need to code?
No. There is no entry test: we teach the craft, Claude Code included. Python, Node and git are installed with you in the first week.
03What language is the programme in?
It is taught in Spanish today: there are 27 videos in Spanish published and every lesson has a PDF and a quiz. English videos arrive in November 2026.
04What happens after twelve months?
You renew only if you are going to use it, at the same price. Without renewing you remain a member, register opportunities and are paid what you have already earned; you do not lose your category or the certifications you hold.
05What if I fail?
Each exam can be retaken twice more. The labs check themselves and you pass 10 of 12, with the evals lab and the security lab mandatory.
