The SciTechBiz Community is a community of AI entrepreneurs and consultants in the UK and Europe: professionals who train at the SciTechBiz Institute Academy and work with three AI platforms, Legathum, iPersonality and Digital Twin. You join as a Digital Entrepreneur, an Organizational Consultant or a Forward Deployed Engineer, with an annual licence and the certification for your category.

What does a community of AI entrepreneurs and consultants do?
In SciTechBiz you train: you complete your Certification in the Academy, module by module, you get your Store with every product and your personal link, and you have full control of your referrals, clients, deals and commissions.
The idea is simple: you recommend and deliver what you use. Every member works with the same platforms in their own business from day one, which is why they can explain them to their clients.
Joining means an annual licence: one licence, three platforms. The Certification for your category is your training, and the licence is the use of the platforms for your own work.
Sold, signed and invoiced by iPersonality Global Institute, S.L., Madrid. The Community has no legal personality of its own: the company signs with every member and every client.
What is the difference between a Digital Entrepreneur, an Organizational Consultant and a Forward Deployed Engineer?
Three categories, with the same rules for all. What changes is what you do with companies.

How does joining the Community work, step by step?
- 1You choose your category on its licence page and request access. Requesting access costs nothing.
- 2Your application is reviewed and approved. Applications are open in the European Union and in the United Kingdom.
- 3You sign the contract with iPersonality Global Institute, S.L. and pay the annual licence from your dashboard.
- 4You complete the Certification for your category at the Academy, at your own pace, with its certificate and verification code.
- 5You work with the platforms in your own business and, when a client needs it, you recommend or deliver what you already use.
The Digital Entrepreneur and Organizational Consultant certifications are free of charge until 31 December 2026. The annual licence is separate and is never free.
What changes in a Digital Entrepreneur's working day?
With Legathum you sell with artificial intelligence: it finds clients, writes to them and tells you when they reply.
Your offer, from your website
You give Legathum your website address and it writes your offer, your ideal client and their objections using only what your site says; anything missing is flagged «to confirm».
Messages you review
The lead pilot finds your ideal client on LinkedIn and every message waits for your approval before it goes out: you decide what is sent.
Conversations that are not lost
When someone replies, their sequence stops on its own and the conversation carries on with you; if they want to talk, they pick a slot in your diary.
Your Store and your link
You have your Store with all three platforms and your personal link, and you see your clients and deals on your dashboard.
How does an AI consultant get certified in the Community?
With the Organizational Consultant Certification: 82 lessons in a common core and two specialisations. With Legathum Legacy, your method, scaled with AI.
People and Culture
With iPersonality you get to know the people in a team: how they think and what drives them. Selection, organisational DNA, 9-box and succession maps, with every decision about a person always taken by a person.
Business and AI

Your method, written down
In the Book of Criteria you write the rules of your method, with versions and human review, so the AI works with your judgement. You multiply projects without multiplying your hours.

Companies publish what they need and only certified consultants can respond. Every request is reviewed before it is published.

Which rules apply when a member sells?
In the UK, PECR as explained by the ICO: you must not send marketing emails or texts to individuals without specific consent, and sole traders count as individuals. Companies can be emailed, but you should keep a do-not-email list of any that object.
In Spain, Article 21 of Law 34/2002 (LSSI) prohibits commercial emails that the recipient has not requested or authorised beforehand, and the rest of the EU follows the same consent rule. That is why, in Legathum, email never goes out cold and LinkedIn messages are reviewed before they are sent.
Data protection law, the GDPR and the UK GDPR, requires a lawful basis for each use of a contact's data and clear information from the start. Recommending is up to each member, in their own words: the company never contacts anyone before they register themselves.
Article 50 of the EU AI Act requires that people know when they are talking to an AI. The Legathum AI Assistant, which helps you prepare each sale, always says it is an AI.
The financial terms, commissions included, are written on each licence page before you decide. Results depend on each member's sales.
Before you join
- The licence is not required to be a member or to recommend: it is for using the tools in your own work.
- A Certification attests a competence, never an income. The Certification never generates commission for anyone.
- Digital Entrepreneurs do not deliver consultancy or respond in the projects area: that belongs to the Organizational Consultant and the Forward Deployed Engineer.
- The SciTechBiz Institute is not a university: its certifications are awarded by the Institute itself and are not recognised by any education authority.
- You do not need a technical background: the Academy has video tutorials for all three platforms, in Spanish and in English.

01How do I become a certified AI consultant in the UK or the EU?
In the SciTechBiz Community, with the SciTechBiz Institute's Organizational Consultant Certification: 82 lessons, with the Digital Entrepreneur Certification included. To deliver projects with the platforms you use the Organizational Consultant Licence. None of the rules cited here requires a specific qualification to advise companies on AI.
02Do I need a technical background?
No. The Digital Entrepreneur and Organizational Consultant certifications ask for no technical profile, and the Academy has video tutorials for all three platforms. People who want to build AI inside the client have the FDE Licence, which has no entry test either.
03Can I email my portfolio about the products?
In the UK, individuals and sole traders only with specific consent, and companies with a way to opt out every time. In Spain, only people who asked for it or previous clients about similar products, with a simple way to unsubscribe.
04What does a member sell?
What is in their Store: Digital Twin, Legathum, iPersonality and the SciTechBiz Institute's advanced executive programmes, each with its price, and always to people who already listen to them: their portfolio of companies and professionals.
05Is the Community open in the UK?
Yes. Applications are open in the European Union and in the United Kingdom, and UK customers pay prices in euros with no Spanish VAT.
